Flex Benefits are an alternative to traditional “one size fits all” benefit programs. The element of choice is popular with employees allowing them to align their benefits coverage that best meets their benefits coverage and budget needs. Kevin McFadden a benefits specialist will give attendees a detailed overview the many aspects of flex benefits outlining the pros and cons for both employers and employees.

This informative 90 minute session will include a 60 minute presentation, responses to pre-submitted questions as well as engaging polling questions and an open forum to ask any other questions to our leadership and engagement expert.
